• Preparing the environmental proposal study to be submitted to the Public Authority for Industrial Development to request a license in cases of:

1. Request a license to operate an industrial facility

2. Requesting a permit to build an industrial facility

3. Requesting a license to expand or make modifications in an industrial facility

4. Studying the manufacturing steps of the facility and used equipment

5. Determine the level of study according to the activity (A, B, or C).

6. Determining the raw materials used, electricity and water quantities

7. Conducting a study to determine the level of pollutants resulting from the various production processes, whether gaseous, liquid or solid

8. Develop a plan to reduce the level of these pollutants to be within the safe limits determined by the Ministry of Environment

9. Organizing a community symposium to introduce the project and its importance and impact on the environment

     10. Formulating the environmental study according to the Industrial Development Authority model
